Soundless Spirits is a Vacuum Distillery with a mission to extract and present flavors in their most complete form and is the answer to a problem with the traditional distillation industry: heat can destroy the flavors we want. Using specialized distillation equipment, we keep the temperature low by reducing the pressure of our desired ingredient and allow the moisture to evaporate at room temperature or below, then collect and condense the volatile vapors into a complete expression of the flavor, without subjecting it a heating process. The resulting spirits are vibrant, delicate, and complex, expressing the very soul of the ingredients from which they were extracted.

What’s in the name? “Soundless” comes from the concept that sound cannot travel in a vacuum and alludes to the benefits of sensory deprivation, whereby removing once sense, we can heighten the others and better experience the moment.
